Foi dessa forma que conseguimos fazer as Olimpíadas sem gastar recursos públicos na construção de Estádios – escreveu Eduardo Paes em seu Twitter.
Em contato com o Ministério da Cidadania, o LANCE! apurou que, atualmente, as Arenas Carioca 1 e 2 e o Centro Olímpico de Tênis são administrados para Secretaria Especial do Esporte, órgão ligado ao Governo Federal.
O velódromo, por sua vez, volta para a gestão da Prefeitura do Rio de Janeiro em agosto. O LANCE! também tentou contato com a Prefeitura para saber da viabilidade do projeto, mas, até a publicação desta matéria, não obteve resposta.
Atualmente, o Flamengo é concessionário do Maracanã, junto do Fluminense. Nesta semana, o estádio está sendo alvo de um imbróglio judicial envolvendo a realização da partida entre Vasco e Sport: o Cruz-Maltino quer jogar no local, mas a dupla Fla-Flu vetou.
Sobre a possibilidade de construção de estádio próprio no Parque Olímpico, o clube se manifestou em 31 de maio, da seguinte forma:
“Em relação à notícia divulgada sobre possível interesse do Flamengo em construir um estádio de futebol na área do Parque Olímpico, o Clube de Regatas do Flamengo deixa claro que esta é mais uma de tantas mentiras que circulam sobre o clube, sempre alegando que a possível informação veio de um diretor ou pessoa próxima à diretoria. Nada mais falso.
O Flamengo reafirma sim seu total desejo em continuar sendo o concessionário do Maracanã, verdadeira casa da Nação Rubro-Negra.”

Recent days have been rife with talk surrounding United’s interest in Crystal Palace hero, Jean-Philippe Mateta, with French outlet L’Equipe reporting that negotiations have already been held regarding a £40m move for the 27-year-old.
The former Mainz marksman – who arrived at Selhurst Park back in January 2022 – has been something of a revelation for the Eagles in recent times, having ended last season with 16 Premier League goals to his name.

That respectable haul includes a crucial brace in the 2-0 win for Oliver Glasner’s side against the Red Devils at Old Trafford, with his overall record against United standing at three goals from just seven meetings.
It is then no surprise that the 6 foot 4 machine has caught the attention of those at the Theatre of Dreams, although he is certainly not the only striker that INEOS are keeping tabs on.

When David Moyes was first in the Everton hot-seat, relegation worries would never regularly cross the minds of the Toffees supporters watching on.
Indeed, away from the 2003/04 campaign that saw the Merseysiders finish in a lowly 17th spot in the Premier League, the Scotsman regularly guided Everton to high finishes in the tricky division, with his highest finish as manager seeing the Blues end up in a mighty fourth position at the close of the 2004/05 season.
Everton are looking up at the top-flight table once more after Sean Dyche had the side anxiously near the relegation positions, with one star in his current ranks baring similarities to Belgian midfield ace Marouane Fellaini who used to be a regular hero under Moyes.

Whilst this determined and skilful performer is far from reaching the same status in the here and now, his ability to conjure up a moment of magic from the midfield positions is similar to that of Fellaini’s, with Moyes wanting to use this as a weapon to pick up more victories as the campaign chugs along.

The ex-West Ham United manager is in a strange position in the Everton hot-seat currently, with his team in the midst of an eight-match unbeaten streak in the Premier League, yet certain players find their futures simultaneously up in the air.
Abdoulaye Doucoure looks to be edging closer and closer to the exit door with his contract up this approaching June at Goodison, but that doesn’t mean his performance levels have slipped since Moyes took on the reins.
If anything – much like Beto and others around him – Doucoure has looked even sharper under the new regime.

سيطر التعادل السلبي على مجريات المباراة، حتى الدقيقة 84، حيث تمكن دينيس بوانجا من تسجيل هدف التقدم لصالح لوس أنجلوس.
ولكن فلامينجو نجح في تسجيل هدف التعادل في شباك لوس أنجلوس، الذي ودع البطولة سلفًا، في الدقيقة 88 عن طريق اللاعب والاس يان.
بتلك النتيجة، حصل كل فريق على نقطة، حيث أصبح رصيد فلامينجو 7 نقاط، بينما أصبح رصيد لوس أنجلوس نقطة في المركز الرابع والأخير.
