Sunderland are reportedly interested in signing an "incredible" teenage gem in the January transfer window – one who has been compared to a current England star.

"Arsenal’s Charles Sagoe Jr is in talks with Sunderland over a proposed loan move ahead of the closure of the January transfer window next week, FootballTransfers has been told. The Gunners’ promising winger has caught the attention of several clubs, but we understand that it’s the Black Cats who are pressing ahead for this signature.

"Sunderland have been linked with a move for Manchester United winger Amad Diallo, who enjoyed a great spell for them last season in the Championship, but now sources inform us that they have set their sights on the Gunners' prodigy instead."

وقال لويس إنريكي، في تصريحات لقناة “موفيستار” الإسبانية: “في حالة كيليان مبابي، وجدت لاعبًا رائعًا، شخص ذو مستوى استثنائي، من النادر أن تجد مثله”.

وأضاف: “إنه إنسان، حنون، قريب، لاعب استثنائي. يا له من أمر مخزِ أنه ذهب إلى ريال مدريد!”.

However, the fact that he is an out-and-out, no-nonsense right-back – with the odd appearance in midfield here and there – is perhaps the most crucial thing for Farke.

This is because, as things stand and with Stuart Dallas out injured and Jamie Shackleton not impressing Farke, the Whites are entirely lacking in right-back depth.

This lack of options has led to the incredibly exciting Archie Gray moving from his preferred position of central midfield to right-back earlier this season.

However, with Roberts now at the club, the young prospect has a chance to show the Elland Road faithful what he can do in the middle of the park.

Now, the first thing to note is that while the arrival of Roberts will likely mean Gray no longer starts at right-back, that doesn't mean that the 17-year-old was poor there, if anything, given his age and the fact that it isn't his natural position, you'd have to say he did rather well given the circumstances, something represented by his respectable match ratings from Beren Cross of LeedsLive.

Still, the Durham-born gem is a natural midfielder and even said as much in an interview with the Guardian: "I think my best position will be as a box-to-box midfielder."

So, is he right? Do the numbers from his time in youth football reflect this opinion? Well, unsurprisingly, the professional footballer knows his best position.

The difference in output is vast when comparing his appearances in central areas to those he's made at right-back.

In 17 games on the right of the defence, the "magnificent" youngster, as dubbed by talent scout Jacek Kulig, has provided just a single assist.

In contrast, in the 29 games the £5k-per-week earner has played in a central or attacking midfield area, he has scored three goals and provided four assists, giving him a goal involvement every 4.1 games.

With just a few months remaining in the current campaign, those in Norfolk received the perfect boost when Jonathan Rowe returned from injury in the middle of a busy December period. Rowe's numbers represent a player at the top of his game, with 13 goals and four assists to his name, and highlight just how crucial he is for Wagner's side.

Having only just returned in December, however, the winger is set for another spell on the sidelines. According to Wagner, Rowe is set to be out until May after suffering a hamstring injury against QPR. The former Huddersfield Town boss said via The Pink Un: "Unfortunately, it is a serious hamstring injury. I can't give a serious timeframe, but we speak more about a couple of months rather than weeks.

"We have to wait and see for the first four weeks how he progresses in his rehab to give a clearer picture of his timeframe. We strongly hope that we will get him back at the end of the season and that he will play for us. Hopefully, the season will not be finished at the beginning of May."

At just 20-years-old, Rowe is one of Wagner's most important players at Norwich. وأعلن منتخب المغرب لكرة القدم استبعاد اللاعب نصير مرزاوي للإصابة، بعدما اُستبدل من قِبل المدرب إريك تين هاج بين شوطي مباراة مانشستر يونايتد وأستون فيلا.

ويبدو أن الإصابة كانت قوية بدرجة كافية لاستبعاد مرزاوي من المعسكر الخاص بمنتخب المغرب.

وقال منتخب المغرب في بيانه الرسمي: “استدعى المدرب وليد الركراكي يوسف بلعماري ليحل محل نصير مزراوي في مباراتين ضد جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى”.
