كشف أحمد سالم، المتحدث الرسمي باسم مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك، حقيقة تراجع مسؤولي القلعة البيضاء عن مطالبهم المعلنة في بيان رسمي قبل أيام.
وكان نادي الزمالك برئاسة حسين لبيب قد أصدر بيانًا رسميًا بعد خسارة فريق الكرة الأول أمام المصري، وجه من خلاله عدة مطالب.

وكتب سالم في بيان مقتضب عبر حسابه الرسمي على “فيس بوك”: “كل ما يتردد عن تراجع مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك برئاسة كابتن حسين لبيب عن مطالبه، مجرد شائعات ليس لها أي أساس من الصحة”.
وأضاف: “الفريق الأول لن يلعب أي من مباريات الدور الثاني إلا بعد انتهاء جميع الفرق من أداء مباريات الدور الأول وفقا لترتيب القرعة الأصلية”.
وأتم: “وفي انتظار نتائج التحقيق فيما حدث من أخطاء تحكيمية صارخة بحق نادي الزمالك في المباراة الأخيرة بصفة خاصة ومنذ بداية الموسم بصفة عامة”.
ويحتل الزمالك المركز الحادي عشر في سلم ترتيب بطولة الدوري المصري برصيد 31 نقطة بعد خوض 19 مباراة.
عبّر خالد الغندور، نجم الزمالك السابق، عن أسفه الشديد لعدم خوض مباراة القمة بين الأهلي والزمالك، مؤكدًا أن الجميع في مصر كان يتمنى أن تُلعب المواجهة بين قطبي الكرة المصرية.
وكان من المفترض أن يلتقي الأهلي مع الزمالك، على ملعب القاهرة، في تمام الساعة السابعة مساءً بتوقيت القاهرة، مساء اليوم، في إطار منافسات الجولة السابعة والعشرين من بطولة الدوري المصري.
ولكن الزمالك قرر عدم خوض مباراة الأهلي والانسحاب لعدم تلبية طلباته، التي عرضها على اتحاد الكرة والرابطة، إلى جانب ظروف وصفها بالقهرية، حسب بيان القلعة البيضاء.
وقال الغندور في تصريحات عبر قناة “أون تايم سبورت”: “شيء مؤسف ويُحزن، كنا نتمنى أن تقام مباراة القمة، أنا لن أقيم مجلس إدارة الزمالك وتصرفاته، أنا أتمنى أن نجد حلولا، لأنه لا يوجد أي طرف راض عن مستوى تنظيم الدوري”.
وتابع: “لا يصح أن الجميع يتحدث عن الدوري فقط ونحن في شهر 7، المفترض أن نتحدث عن كأس مصر أيضًا وكأس الرابطة، كل البطولات المحلية لم تنته حتى الآن”.

وأضاف: “المفترض أننا نمتلك لوائح، بطل كأس مصر يُشارك في الكونفدرالية، وأول وثاني الدوري يلعب في الكونفدرالية، لكن منذ 4 سنوات لا يوجد بطل كأس لنفس الموسم، الكأس يُلعب في السنة التالية، رابطة الأندية عندما تُنشئ بطولة باسمها، كيف ينسحب الأهلي، والسنة التالية الزمالك والأهلي ينسحبان، وكأن بطولاتنا المحلية ليس لها قيمة، والاهتمام يكون أكثر بالبطولات الإفريقية لأنها تدر ربحًا أكبر”.
وواصل: “الأهلي والزمالك يبحثان عن مصلحتهما، لكن مسؤولي الكرة في مصر لا بد أن يبحثوا عن مصلحة الكرة المصرية، الآن كيف للأهلي أن يلعب 21 مباراة في شهرين، البنك الأهلي يلعب للمباراة الخامسة على التوالي الساعة 4 عصرًا في درجة حرارة 42”.
وأردف: “هل تريدون أن تصلوا لمستوى فني عالي أم تنتهي من الدوري فقط، الزمالك الآن متمسك بعدم اللعب لحين الانتهاء من المؤجلات، وفي نفس الوقت لعب مؤجلات من الدور الأول والثاني، فكان عليه أن يتمسك بالموقف من البداية”.
وأشار: “الأهلي رفض لعب مباراة كأس مصر أمام الألومنيوم، مع أن في نفس التوقيت كان هناك مباراة بين المارد الأحمر وزد في نفس اليوم، وقرر المسؤولون إلغائها من أجل لعب مباراة الكأس بدون اللاعبين الدوليين، لأنهم سينضمون للمنتخب، لكن الأهلي رفض وهذا حقه”.
واستكمل: “بعد أيام قليلة عندنا اختيارات المنتخب الأولمبي، وروجيرو ميكالي سيختار 3 لاعبين فوق السن، ويتردد أنه يُفكر في بعض الأسماء مثل محمد عبد المنعم وإمام عاشور وزيزو ومصطفى محمد وتريزيجيه ومصطفى شوبير، هل لو ميكالي قرر ضم 2 من الأهلي، والأحمر يُنافس بيراميدز في الدوري وعنده مباريات مصيرية، هل سيوافق على ترك لاعبيه؟”.
واختتم: “الزمالك عنده 3 لاعبين أساسيين مع المنتخب الأولمبي، محمد شحاتة وحسام عبد المجيد وزياد كمال، قانونًا الأبيض من حقه عدم إرسالهم، وكذلك الأهلي، لكن أين مصلحة مصر.. الأندية أهم من مصر!، المشهد عبثي”.

Tottenham Hotspur once again showcased the immense progression already made under Ange Postecoglou, as they overcame great adversity on the road to record a well-earned 1-0 victory against Luton Town.
Having dominated the opening half, forging numerous chances without any reward, the game was turned completely on its head when the referee made the bold, but ultimately correct decision to hand Yves Bissouma his second yellow card.
Having been rightly booked earlier for quelling a counterattack, his second came following a slaloming run in which he weaved past three opposition players. Clearly expecting contact, the Mali midfielder threw himself to the ground on the edge of the box, turning back to the referee in expectation.
However, what came was instead his marching orders, and once again the Lilywhites were left with it all to do.
Fortunately, there is more than enough character in their squad to overcome seemingly any obstacle at the moment, and the quality shone through despite getting fortunate with a couple of huge misses from the hosts.
They rode their luck, but stars like James Maddison, Cristian Romero, Pape Matar Sarr and Micky van de Ven all stood up and retained their unbeaten start to the Premier League season.
Who played well for Spurs vs Luton?
Whilst the latter will steal the headlines for his winning goal and defensive solidity, it was an all-around effort to quell the muted threat of the Hatters whilst operating with just ten men.
However, unsurprisingly the former Leicester City maestro once again stood out, with Sofascore recognising another impressive contribution by handing him an 8.5 rating, the highest of anyone on the pitch.
A constant creative threat as always, the 26-year-old would record four key passes and created two big chances too. However, winning seven of the 11 duels he competed in also was indicative of someone who rose to the physical challenge posed, given he was fouled on four separate occasions.
Then, it must also be outlined how assured a presence their Argentinian defender offered, with his 106 touches and 90% pass accuracy marking an exemplary afternoon who continues to expel his once-reckless play style with each game.
Despite the praise rightly distributed across the side, it is also worth noting those that very nearly let them down. Obviously, Bissouma's thoughtless first half severely hampered his teammates, and yet it could be argued that Richarlison endured an even more torrid display.

The Brazilian was anonymous, profligate and an utter disappointment yet again, even seeing his time on the pitch cut short to readjust following the sending-off.
How did Richarlison play vs Luton Town?
Starting from the left wing, in a role where he had excelled the week earlier during their controversial win over Liverpool, it was expected that the 26-year-old would maintain his fine form and finally kick on after a year of struggling to establish himself in north London.
However, it arguably marked one of his weakest displays in front of goal, having missed two golden opportunities to put them in front.
The first saw Dejan Kulusevski flash a beautiful left-footed ball across the box, and admittedly Richarlison's anticipation was good. He was goal side of his full-back and looked certain to score. And yet, a complete misjudge saw him strike high and wide from close range, with the scores remaining level.
Spurs would continue to push, with Maddison creating this time, slipping the forward in behind. Although his shot had to be rushed, it marked another opportunity squandered, with his shot saved by the foot of the goalkeeper and cleared.
As if to further emphasise a tough afternoon, even their Italian shot-stopper Guglielmo Vicario would record more touches (59) than the former Everton star (41), with Postecoglou's decision to sacrifice him more than merited.
Richarlison's 6.5 rating perhaps flattered his awful showing, which very nearly proved costly had Van de Ven not bailed him out. Not only was he profligate though, but he would also achieve 0% success with his two attempted dribbles, losing five of the nine ground duels he competed in, and losing possession 12 times, via Sofascore.
After such an abysmal performance, the former Celtic boss will certainly have reservations about starting him again once the international break concludes.
How has Richarlison played this season?
His performance may have been outstandingly poor with regard to his finishing, but this is a notion that has become frustratingly commonplace nowadays for the misfiring dud who was once so lethal on Merseyside.
In the season before the £90k-per-week flop would move to north London, the £60m striker scored ten and assisted five for a woeful Toffees side that narrowly escaped the drop. It was expected that Richarlison would therefore thrive when placed beside a better calibre of player, but that has clearly not been the case.
Last campaign saw the 46-cap finisher score just once across the entire league term, having only managed to match that tally thus far this year too. Such form was always bound to draw ridicule, with pundit Jamie O'Hara telling talkSPORT after yesterday's clash: "Terrible. He was bad. We are better without him. We are actually better with 10 men. We actually played better with 10 men after he came off. He is struggling, he really is."
This is a notion supported by journalist Ade Oladipo, who branded him "useless" for his lack of contribution after last season.
To truly outline just how toothless the 5 foot 10 flop has been, in the league he is averaging 2.3 shots per game, and yet conversely averages just 0.1 goals per game. Postecoglou cannot continue with such profligacy in his attacking areas, and had he not been saved by his centre-back, those missed chances could have proved costly.
Two favourable fixtures are now on the horizon for Spurs following the international break which the Australian will have his sights set on winning, before they once again face a tough run set to threaten that faultless record thus far.
Should their Brazil international retain his spot for these fixtures, it seems that their chances of winning will certainly take a hit.

Por fim, Torrent sublinhou que “o futebol é dos jogadores, não dos técnicos”.
– Contrataram o Dome, podiam contratar outro técnico. As comparações são pois ele ganhou tudo, fez um trabalho maravilhoso, mas a gestão tem de continuar. Aceitei o Flamengo porque quero ganhar títulos, e achei que podia ajudar o time. O técnico nunca vence, ganham os jogadores. O futebol é dos jogadores, não dos técnicos. Estou muito feliz em trabalhar aqui. Se falam do Jorge, aceito, mas não somos os mesmos.

Aston Villa are one of the many clubs that have had first-hand experience in reaping the benefits of tending to their academy, most notably through the blockbuster sale of graduate Jack Grealish.
The Englishman was nurtured at Bodymoor Heath from the mere age of five, spending 19 years at his boyhood club before departing as part of a £100m sale to Manchester City in 2021.
Not only did the midfielder make his club an enormous profit, but he paved the way for further academy talents to one day follow in his footsteps.
Jacob Ramsey is in position to be the next big thing to erupt from the academy under Unai Emery, however, another player could also be on the cusp of walking the same walk as Grealish, in the form of Ewan Simpson.
Who is Ewan Simpson?
In the summer of 2022, Aston Villa secured the signature of the Scottish midfielder from Hearts’ academy.
Upon his transfer, journalist Tom Maston named the youngster as being one of “the best” rising Scottish talents, along with fellow Villa acquisitions, Rory Wilson and Kerr Smith.
Simpson had made a huge impression so early into his career at Hearts, being part of the squad that reached the Scottish FA Youth Cup final at just 15 years old.
Deployed as a central attacking midfielder, the 17-year-old made a quick impact in the Midlands, as highlighted by his success in the 2022/23 campaign in which he scored two goals and registered four assists in 14 appearances.
With a long way to go this season and in his room for progression, the teen sensation could be one to keep an eye on in the near future.
What could Ewan Simpson offer to Aston Villa?
Lauded as an “intelligent midfielder” and one that uses the ball “effectively” by academy manager Mark Harrison, the Scotsman has showcased his ability in the heart of midfield already this campaign.
As documented on Villa’s official site, the 17-year-old has maintained a pass completion rate of 82%, as well as recording one assist and winning 12 tackles in his opening four appearances.
While it’s still early days on the midfielder’s career path, he is already posing similar traits to those that fired Grealish – who scored 32 goals and contributed 43 assists in 213 games for the club – through the ranks at Villa, as reinforced by his combative nature as well as being an effective playmaker.
Praised by Harrison for his “excellent technique and passing range”, the teen has the elements to fire himself through the levels within the academy at Bodymoor Heath, with his hard work in his first year already being rewarded.
This summer, the 17-year-old was handed the prize that all aspiring footballers desire, and what so few receive, a professional contract.
With reference to Emery’s current squad, the Spaniard isn’t afraid to utilise the youngster players within his ranks, with Ramsey a pivotal part of the first team after breaking through the academy, and the likes of Jhon Duran a strong rotational figure to call upon.

Villa’s inclusion in Europe could open doors for academy stars this season, with a busier schedule than last term offering room for further rotation that could work to the advantage of fringe talents.
Simpson could be set for an exciting time ahead at Villa Park, with consistency being the key to opening the doors that the likes of Grealish previously passed through.
